e7bot Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout the document and govern interpretation of all provisions.

By accessing the e7bot Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with e7bot's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the e7bot Platform and close your Account if one exists. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

e7bot reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, e7bot will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered Users. Your continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

To be eligible to register and use the e7bot Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted under the laws applicable to your location to access and use online gaming services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the e7bot Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You do not have an existing active Account on the e7bot Platform (only one Account per person is permitted).
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by e7bot or any of its affiliated gaming studios or payment partners.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of Bangladesh.

e7bot reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. If a User is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the e7bot Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. e7bot is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account access with any other person. e7bot will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any message channel.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• You must notify e7bot support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• e7bot is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• e7bot may suspend any Account that shows signs of compromise, pending verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to dormancy procedures, including administrative fee deductions as notified to the Account holder.

e7bot reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Platform's systems or promotions.

All financial transactions on the e7bot Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). e7bot does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money transfers (bKash, Nagad) and ৳500 for bank transfers. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by e7bot's payment systems. Mobile money deposits (bKash, Nagad) typically settle within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• e7bot reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds declarations.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed on the same day. Requests submitted after that time are processed on the following business day.
• e7bot does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which e7bot bears no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your Account may only be used for wagering on the e7bot Platform. Depositing funds without the genuine intention to wager is prohibited.
• e7bot reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects was made fraudulently or through an unauthorised payment method.

All bets and wagers placed on the e7bot Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the specific rule expressly states otherwise.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the rules of the relevant sport's governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) as interpreted by e7bot's trading team. In-play bets accepted after a material event (such as a wicket or boundary) that was not yet reflected in the odds at the time of placement may be voided at e7bot's discretion.

Casino Games: All automated casino games (slots, arcade titles) use certified random number generation (RNG) software. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play, and are governed by the rules of those studios as communicated in the game interface. e7bot is not responsible for technical failures originating within a third-party game studio's infrastructure.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Confirmed bets may not be cancelled by the User except where a specific "cash out" or "bet edit" feature is available and active for the relevant market.
• e7bot reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, including pricing errors caused by technical or human fault.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be changed by e7bot at any time without prior notice.
• e7bot reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any Account, including restricting maximum stake amounts, without providing a reason.
• Any bet that e7bot reasonably suspects was placed using insider information, in collusion with other parties, or as part of a coordinated betting pattern designed to exploit the Platform will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.

e7bot offers promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, and seasonal incentives to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, expiry dates, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates. These specific promotion terms supplement and are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account balance only after all qualifying conditions have been met, as specified in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• e7bot reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that it reasonably believes was claimed through abuse of the promotion, including through the creation of multiple Accounts, collusion, or use of automated software.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day, and other calendar events are made available at e7bot's discretion and are subject to eligibility criteria published with each promotion.
• e7bot may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an Account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of crediting.

e7bot is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. e7bot provides a suite of tools designed to help Users manage their gambling activity and seek support if needed. These tools are available directly from within the Account settings panel and can be activated immediately without requiring contact with the support team.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set loss limits per session or per defined period to cap the total amount they can lose within that timeframe.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure reminders that alert them when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Account is temporarily suspended from wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may permanently self-exclude their Account at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and prevents the User from logging in, depositing, or placing any Wager. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e7bot Platform. Any User found engaging in any of the following activities will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited where e7bot determines it was derived from prohibited conduct, and may be subject to legal action.

• Registering more than one Account on the e7bot Platform, whether under the same identity or a different one.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, including manifest pricing errors in betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to guarantee profit or manipulate market outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using payment methods that you do not own or are not authorised to use, including stolen card or mobile money account details.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, self-exclusion measure, or Account restriction applied by e7bot.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward e7bot staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

All content on the e7bot Platform — including but not limited to the e7bot name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and betting market structures — is the proprietary intellectual property of e7bot or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming and betting purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the e7bot Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the e7bot name, logo, or branding in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written consent from e7bot.
• Systematically extract data from the Platform, including betting odds, for commercial or competitive purposes.

Any unauthorised use of e7bot's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e7bot's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e7bot shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond e7bot's reasonable control, including power outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Errors or failures in third-party game software provided by studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, or Spribe.
• Losses resulting from the User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Decisions made by the User in reliance on information published on the Platform, including betting tips, odds displays, or game statistics.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes e7bot's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

e7bot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published at e7bot.io/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a User — e7bot will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, by email to the address registered on your Account.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full.

e7bot also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game category, payment method, or promotional programme available through the Platform at any time and without liability to Users, subject to honouring any existing confirmed bets or credited bonuses at the time of such change.
